Dr. Robert's responsibilities involve working closely with marketing, legal and regulatory experts to understand new innovative opportunities for the beverage industry.
Prior to joining The
Dr. Roberts sits on the Florida Department of Citrus scientific advisory board and holds professional memberships in The American Society for Nutritional Sciences, The American Society for Clinical Nutrition, The American College of Nutrition, Dietitian's of Canada and The Institute of Food Technologists.
She received a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, and Dietetics and Masters degrees
at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
