Trudy Strawn, R.D.
Director, Strategic Planning

TRUDY STRAWN, R.D. Trudy Strawn, RD, is Director, Strategic Planning for The Beverage Institute for Health & Wellness. With the team, Trudy develops short and long term business plans, manages resources and tracks overall team performance against goals. She is also the team liaison for North America market.

Ms. Strawn joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1997. She has held positions as Senior Channel Development Manager, developing the strategy and vision for the Healthcare segment of business, and in customer management with national healthcare customers. She has represented The Coca-Cola Company on numerous Boards of Directors in the healthcare industry such as the National Society of Healthcare Foodservice Management and various hospital and business boards in Atlanta. Prior to joining The Beverage Institute, Trudy directed Healthcare Business Strategy for The Coca-Cola Company and its largest bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Ms. Strawn holds undergraduate degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Nutrition from Edinboro University and completed graduate work in Nutrition at Penn State University, as well as advance strategy and negotiation programs at Penn State University School of Business and University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She also holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, where she received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award.

Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Trudy was the Director of Sales for Marriott International's Healthcare Services and held various progressive positions in healthcare foodservice management, and represented Aramark Corporation's Healthcare Support Services as Executive Dietitian and Regional Sales Director. Trudy is a Registered Dietitian and certified in adult, adolescent and childhood weight management through the American Dietetic Association.
